This Application is purely for remote desktop assistance, it will not allow anyone on your computer unless you provide the credentials given when you open it. You can download this program safely from here.
We have a one hour minimum for remote desktop support. After that we pro-rate the fee in 15 minute increments. You can pay this up front by clicking below.
If we are unable to resolve your issue remotely, we can apply this towards in house repair via pickup.
Please note that not all issues can be resolved remotely.
